  • Do you offer telehealth/virtual appointments?
    Yes, all appointments are completed via telehealth with audio/visual capabilities.
  • What insurance do you accept?
    Currently we are in network with: -Aetna (LA & pending in TX) -Blue Cross Blue Shield (LA & TX) -Cigna (LA & TX) -Tricare (LA & pending in TX -United Healthcare/OptumHealth (LA & pending in TX) If we do not currently accept your insurance, we can give you a form (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance plan for potential reimbursement. This means that you would be responsible for all fees at the time of appointment.
  • What should I do in crisis or an emergency?
    In the event of a crisis or emergency, you should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room (ER) or urgent care. National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255 or text GO to 741741 to reach a trained crisis counselor. This service is free, confidential, and available 24/7.
