Comprehensive
Psychiatric Evaluation

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is essential to diagnose various emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorders. This evaluation will assess current behaviors, including psychiatric and physical symptoms, and their overall impact on social, academic, interpersonal, and occupational functioning. It is also important to know personal/family history of mental health concerns, medical history, and current conditions and treatments.

Following your initial psychiatric evaluation, we will continue to work together to manage symptoms and medications based on your treatment options. Medications play a key role in treating various mental health conditions. We will continue to discuss the risks, benefits, and potential side effects of medications prescribed and provide ongoing medical monitoring while on medications. Further recommendations may also be discussed.
